I've decided to start changing mine once again. This time I'm trying weight watchers - again. Not their biggest fan, but I wanted to try. So far I either eat way over my points or way under. I have to track during the day and not just sum up at night, that's a mistake.
I hate the way people have started looking at me. I hate when thin people call themselves fat. Reserve that word for us girls who are actually fat. If you are under a size 10 - get over it - you're not fat, maybe plump, not fat.
I need motivated people to be around - any takers? Instead I have what I like to call "pushers". They say " Oh just have the one, it won't hurt" YES IT WILL!!!!! Stop enabling the fat girl to be fat especially when you know she is trying to change. 100 lbs to lose - IT CAN BE DONE!!!
